Mother of the Year Award

The Mother of the Year Award goes to....

Okay brace yourself... It is not who you think...

Here she is everyone, Snow-White

Not only does she go through scratches and bites to compete with the other girls. Once she is pregnant her little skinny body which can fit through a hole the size of her head, grows and grows and GROWS. I truly think all the fighting is for one reason only... She gets moved out of the "pack" house to her private abode. As she grows, she eats, and finally the pinkies(babies) are born.

AWWWWW aren't they the cutest you have ever seen...

The thing is these are from 2 litters, that's right that makes her a foster mom... No bottles, lots of squeals, and feed mes (in baby mice talk that is) They will grow themselves into...

LOOK THEY HAVE HAIR!!!

So there you have it the Mother of the Year...

MAMMA SNOW-WHITE

Who will be next???? MAYBE...

Through the Eye of a Child

When you look at a Dum Dum sucker what do you see...

Adult- sugar, hyper pop, dentist bill

Child- tasty, sweet sensation , happiness

When you see a big truck...

Adult- Large gas bill

Child- Awesome, the biggest toy ever

What do you think about when you see Gods plan...

Adult- confused, at ease, disappointed, blessed, are we really looking...

Child- joy, amazed, happy, give God the credit

It is amazing to see how a child looks at a situation or opportunity compared to an adult. It could be anything from no extra money in the bank, that would equal us worried, but a child just happy to have time to be creative. When we see a cardboard box, we may see trash or recycle. A child will see a whole new world in their creative mind. Give them the box some crayons and markers, sit back and watch.

How Will You Look At 80

While in deep thought of what to be for Fall Fest this past year, I wondered how I would look at 80. So that lead me to Halloween Express... While in search for Chanler's perfect SWAT costume I came across a white bottle, it read, Liquid Latex.... Hmmmm ?I have never used it before, so I said to myself it would be a waste of money, So I thought...

We found Chans perfect costume, which was a whole story in its self.

I walked out with a bottle of liquid latex as well. Little did I know I was about to be transformed...

With Gabriela's costume finished the night before, 'A Fall Tree'. Ethan had his for a few weeks now, 'The Armor of God'. Chan a secret SWAT agent.

I lay Gabriela down for a nap before the Fest activities. Now was time for my date with You Tube and a bottle of liquid latex... 2 hours later and I aged 50 years... It was awesome... We went to the fall fest... There were people that didn't know me and others that figured it out because of the kiddos... It was a great time, and it led me to doing makeup for the Tree program at Hilldale Baptist Church... What will I be this year??? Only time will tell, but I have some ideas... WAHAHAHA!!!!!

Have a Blessed Day

Its About Time

So this is my first post of the year, a long time coming. We have been full swing, from last year. First off I love when you find the "Friend" that is true. Thank you Laura for all you have done for us, you are awesome! As I sit hear in my quiet zone listening to the Ipod and watching the snow come down. I think of all that is about to go on. Lets start with where I have been. Well we have entered a 30 min schedule break-down into our day. The children and I can go to it, upstairs or down and search for the time and know what we should be doing. ' If you fail to plan, you are planning to fail.' The kiddos are doing so great at their lessons. Yes I call school lessons, because they take responsibility for their lessons. I have an hour worked into my day before the kiddos wake to get my bottom kicked by the Kinect, from none other than Jillian on the Biggest Loser. I have dropped inches and pounds. After all the holiday travel junk-food, I feel great. I will do a whole post later on my program.

We have purchased a piano, and the children will start piano lessons after daddy returns and we settle everything in. As of now though we are waiting for the last of the basketball games. We will be taking a break from all extra things except, choir, and church activities on regular church days.

This brings me to the return of Hubby... He will be home in the very near future. (Checking calender)... THE VERY NEAR FUTURE!!!!! WOW ( heart at a rapid beat)

But I am happy to say we ARE READY! All is under control at the homestead, and are SUPER excited.

This is all for now, I will be posting pics from the boys skate birthday party....

Have a Beautiful Day.....
