I apologize that your email to Julie Russo of our company just reached me this morning. In the past, my function coordinated donation requests for various groups; and the company also supported the USO in support of our troops.
The Dial Corporation, A Henkel Company, is a strong supporter of community service and contributions. In an effort to streamline our donation process and provide maximum assistance to the most needy, we have contracted with Feeding America (formerly named America's Second Harvest) to distribute our products via local food banks in the areas of greatest need throughout America.
While that is the current company focus for donations, I have joined several of the staff who received your email have presented the request to our senior leadership for future consideration. We truly appreciate the work that our soldiers are doing and look forward to their safe return.
All I was asking for was some Purex 3 in 1 sheets to be donated to the soldiers of 3rd BCT... This is the response I get a month later... HMMMMMM seriously now.
